Finally, I've picked up all my courage to stand on the weighing machine. What's more to say? F.
It's uberly sad to know I've gained 2kg. And, it hits a certain digit that I didn't want to.
Trying duperly hard to change my eating habit, no more supper nor tibits. Just pray hard those upcoming lecture won't bored me to hell. Or esle it will push me to the edge,buying snacks and gobble it up even before the lesson start.

A meal A day Keeps the FATS away!

well, that's provided you eat healthily for that particular meal yeah.
&, fruits will be serve after a meal (;
No more carbonated drinks, best to avoid fry/heaty food, drink cartons of water everyday.

I'll try my best to fulfill, and hit my target! 55kg!
pray hard my gastric won't make a fuss about it.
